1. Measurement target: It can be divided into static object measurement, moving object measurement and special object measurement (such as high temperature object, luminous object, etc.).


2. Measuring environment: For some environments with strong light, fog, dust, high temperature and low temperature, it is necessary to choose laser ranging sensors with protection, or to buy corresponding protective shields.


3. Measuring Frequency: Measuring Frequency is worth the number of readings in one second by laser range finder. For example, 5Hz Frequency refers to 5 readings per second. The most commonly used are 5Hz, 10Hz and 50Hz, but higher frequencies are also used in some special technical fields.


4. Measuring distance: Since it is a distance sensor, measuring distance is naturally the first consideration of users. If the measuring distance is between 5 mm and 1 m, we can consider the short distance and high precision laser ranging sensor. If the distance is between 30 m and 150 m, we can choose the conventional ranging sensor. If the distance exceeds 150 m, we suggest using the long distance laser ranging sensor.
